Please be aware that the arrival of your delivery will be slightly delayed. Our average delivery time period for stock items* is now 7-10 working days from when your order is placed.

When your rug is on its way, we'll get you updated with a tracking number that is designed to let you monitor its progress.

**Rugs Aura has implemented the following steps in agreement with its suppliers to ensure the safety of staff and customers, as a result of the continuing developments with COVID-19 'Coronavirus,'

Overseas imports: Before arranging the packing into containers, we have asked all international suppliers to spray Rugs Aura’s rugs and its packaging with disinfectant. Before being sent out to customers, all rugs purchased from overseas spend 1 month in transit and will stay in the warehouse for 5 days. This will allow us to respond promptly, If or when we are alerted of any hazards. 

Domestic suppliers: All warehouse staff have been advised to wear gloves, masks, and protective suits as a standard safety practice procedure, and the team operates individually rather than collectively to keep social distancing measures in place.

Delivery to customers: Before all the rugs are being shipped out from the warehouse to customers, they have already been disinfected prior.

Couriers: To ensure the safety of drivers, our courier company has introduced safety measures. These improvements include "contactless" deliveries, with no signature needed, between driver and recipient. Orders would be left in a safe position by the driver in appropriate situations.

Warehouse employees: we have introduced guidelines to ensure that our warehouse employees can respond to events that may arise, including hand sanitizing on a regular basis, self-isolating if and when symptoms arise, be it mild or severe.
