Even as we are heading towards more improvements in easing of restrictions day by day, we still go well and beyond to do everything we can in keeping our COVID safe plans and policies updated and transparent for all to see:

  • All our staff from our warehouse to the delivery team are wearing personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Each shipment is sanitised before dispatch, and to ensure our driver and customer safety, we have implemented contactless delivery.
  • Delivery (Australia wide only) may take up to 10 business days for all existing and future orders.
  • We only ship to Australian residential address. Business addresses, PO boxes and others not deemed as the residential address will be disregarded.
  • To answer any questions that you may have, our customer support team is always open. However, we are currently experiencing a high volume of chat and help tickets. Hence, you might encounter a longer wait time for responses than normal.

On the most important preventive steps, we continue to adopt safety guidelines, including regular and thorough cleaning and sterilisation of our machinery, daily handwashing and optimising social distance within our distribution centres.

Our deliveries to customers have not been delayed and are delivering on schedule.
